1. How long will it take until I can pick up my order?

The lead time for all orders, especially those that contain apparel and headwear items, is between 1.5 to 2 weeks from the day after you placed your order. This is the amount of time I will need to work on your order as most items are handmade and made to order in my home-based office.

You will then get an email notification when your order is ready for pick up where you will schedule your pick up date and time. The PO Box that is shown on the website is not the actual pick up address. Because I run my business from home, a pick up address will be provided to you in the email.

2. I've never picked up at a PO Box before. How does that work?

3. How long will it take until my order is shipped?

As mentioned in Question #1, the lead time for all orders, especially those that contain apparel and headwear items, is between 1.5 to 2 weeks from the day after you placed your order. This is the amount of time I will need to work on your order as most items are handmade and made to order in my home-based office.

You will then get an email notification when your order is ready for delivery. Depending on where you live in Canada or USA, it can take anywhere between 3 to 10 business days to arrive. For countries outside of Canada and USA, it can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks.

4. How do drop offs work?

See Question #1 for lead time. Once your order is ready for drop off, you will receive an email to arrange a drop off time. Most drop offs are made in the evenings between 7 to 930 on the weekdays or sometime on the weekend. Because we want to ensure that you receive your order, we try to arrange the time when you're home to retrieve the package.

5. I want a custom embroidered design. Is that something you can do?

I typically do not take on very customized designs. The reason for this is it is quite costly as the customer will be charged a design fee and digitizing fee. This is before even adding on the costs of getting the design embroidered onto the apparel or item of choice. Therefore, for a one off item, it is costly for a customer. However, if you need 5+ of the same design, feel free to send me an email.

BUT

I do take suggestions for an embroidered design. If it is something that I think that other customers will want and is something I can carry in the shop, I will take the suggestion into consideration and create a design in my own style. Then you have the option of purchasing the design on an apparel.

6. I like a design you have in the shop but I want to personalize it a bit. What kind of personalization or customization can you do?

A. COLOUR

If you like the bubble tea design, for example, but want to change the straw colour to match your best friend's favourite colour, you can add in the notes on the bottom of the CART PAGE that you'd lke to change it to a certain colour (ie. light purple, yellow, orange, etc.). You can't get too specific about the colour, such as mauve or forest green, but you can request basic colours like yellow, orange, dark blue, dark pink, etc.

Not all designs can have colours changed. For example, the yogurt drink or lemon tea are well known because of its colours so one wouldn't change it. But something like the pho, you can request to change the colour of the bowl.

B. PERSONALIZED WORD(S)

You can personalize the design for say your bridesmaid by adding a custom word or two below the design. Please add the PERSONALIZATION listing to your cart as it is an extra cost of $8. The font style is a basic block font as shown in the listing. Dark apparel will have white lettering while light apparel will have black lettering.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

All items are final sale. Apparel and headwear are all made to order specifically for you and for that reason, they are final sale. Please check the sizing chart to make sure you are purchasing the right size. You can also check the HIGHLIGHTS on my Instagram for size references. Allow for 1 inch possible shrinkage after washing. If you are still unsure about the sizing, do not hesitate to email me.

 8. I didn't sign up for Piggy Points until today. Can I add the points from previous orders?

You will start gaining points once you sign up for Piggy Points. If you forgot to sign up until today and made a purchase recently, orders made up to 7 days prior to you signing up can be added to your Piggy Points total. Any older orders that were placed more than 7 days prior can no longer be added to your Piggy Points total.

9. I know your lead time is 1.5 to 2 weeks. What if I need it sooner for a special occasion?

Please send me an email and I will let you know if I am able to work within your deadline date.
