 SHOP POLICIES Hi there! Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Branch and the Vine! I hope it brought you just as much joy browsing through my shop as it does for me making them.

One Important Thing:
• Make sure you've read the entire description of the item being purchased; and that you've selected the correct item under the drop down menu. 
• Please make sure that you've filled out your shipping address correctly before placing the order! 
• If ordering a custom piece, such as a pillow or mug, please attach a final draft or a high resolution image of what you'd like for that order. 

Also, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to send me a message. I will get back to you as quickly as I can!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES All orders are final sale. Each item will be packaged with care to ensure no damages occur during shipping. 

As for breakable items, however, on the off chance that you've received a mug that has been broken during shipping, send me a picture of the damaged product. I will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send you a replacement mug!

Before any order gets sent to the post office, the address on the label is always double and triple checked to ensure the products arrive to the exact address provided by the customer. In cases where the customer has accidentally provided the wrong address and the order has already been shipped, the customer will have to pay for extra shipping costs to have it resent to the correct address. If the customer decides that they no longer want the misaddressed package, the customer will receive a store credit note for the cost of the item once the item has been returned to the seller. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as it was an error on the customer's part.
PAYMENT Payment for your order must be made at checkout. Please read below for custom order policies.

NOTE: If you purchase more than one mug or wood sign, shipping costs are much less! You will get refunded the extra shipping costs after order has been made.

SHIPPING Most items will be made and shipped within 5-7 business days. All items will be shipped through Canada Post Regular Parcel or Lettermail Shipping - 5-7 business days within Canada, 7-10 business days to USA, and 10+ business days Internationally, using the most cost effective shipping rate.

The customer is responsible for specifying if they need an item to be shipped and delivered by a certain date. Unfortunately, I cannot control the efficiency of the delivery services and am not responsible for delays in deliveries. There are no refunds on delayed deliveries if you did not ask for rush shipping. 

If your item is lost in transit or if it says delivered and you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to track the item down with Canada Post.
